Archival Community Hubs
The Nomadic Archivists Project (NAP) Archival Community Hubs are designed to build a sustainable, community-centered archival support network. Rooted in local knowledge and leadership, these hubs inspire communities to preserve, care for, and share their own histories. Each hub serves as a collaborative space for learning, resource sharing, and skill-building—promoting equitable access to archival tools and practices. Together, the hubs form a dynamic ecosystem of support, advancing the preservation of community memory and cultural heritage.

NAP Kickback - Virtual Hub
The NAP Kickback series serves as a platform for community conversations, a space for meaningful dialogue around all things archiving. In addition to our live sessions, we’ll also share prerecorded video discussions and tutorials that explore a wide range of topics. To stay connected subscribe to the Nomadic Archivists Project YouTube channel.
Local Hubs
There are three hubs coming in 2026: Rochester, NY, New York City, and Washington, DC. We’re working toward expanding to more locations in the coming years. Only current members have log in access. In the meantime, we invite you to join our Virtual Hub, the NAP Kickback, and be part of the growing community!
